ＳＥＡＤＯＯ ＧＳＸ
シーズン真っ只中。
大阪のＷ氏のＳＥＡＤＯＯ ＧＳＸ
ビルジの調子が悪く？ 水が抜けないとの事で、点検と修繕の依頼
まず、ビルジホースとビルジフィルターの点検とエアーブロー。。問題なし。
しかし、ビルジフィルターの固定ステーがない。 フィルターが浮いてくるので、修繕の必要あり
続いて、ポンプ廻りを外して、ビルジの接続部分を点検。。こちらも問題なし。。
次は、一番怪しい チャンバー部の砂型のめくら部の腐食による水漏れを見るのに、ホースを接続し水道の蛇口をひねる・・。
じゃばじゃばじゃば～～～ と、チャンバー部から水が出てきた。。。やっぱり。。
チャンバー部を外し
水漏れ部を確認。。。腐食で穴が開いてます～～
そして、チャンバー部を外してる時、エンジンに力を掛けると、エンジンが動く・・・・。マウントがご臨終してるやん

チャンバー部のめくら栓を撤去し
アルミ板で栓をして、溶接
ついでに、取付ボルトが１箇所折れ込んでるので、その折れ込みボルトも撤去
海物は、全てステンボルトなので、折れると面倒やわ～～。 つづく。。。

こんにちは。
このタイプのチャンバー部は、アルミ製になります。 ですので、アルミ溶接しか方法が有りません。
それと、以前 この部分に1.5mm厚程のアルミ板で蓋をして溶接した事が有りますが、1.5mm厚程のアルミ板でしたら、1年程(海水で使用)しか持ちませんでした。(内側から腐食しました)
ですので、10mm厚程のアルミ材より削り出し 凸型の物を作り溶接する事で、長持ちするようにしました。
このタイプのチャンバー部は、アルミ製になります。 ですので、アルミ溶接しか方法が有りません。
